Crime Commission Meeting. Loudoun Crime Commission luncheon meeting, from 1-2:30 p.m., at the Holiday Inn, 1500 East Market St. (Route 7), Leesburg. Keynote speaker is Col. Mike Turner, who will present "Life and Death Teamwork, Achieving Team Success In High-Stress Environments." Includes lunch and time for a questions and answers. RSVP by calling 703 729-9277. Ashburn Assembly No. 11, International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, will be hosting a bowling party Saturday, 3:30-5:30 p.m., at Bowl America, Dranesville Road for any interested young ladies ages 8-20 and their parents.
