Weichert, Realtors’ Herndon Office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in December.

Chairman of the Board Club member Ed Urbaniak led the way in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and sales, earning the honor of top producer. Leading the office in listings was Carolina Mosquera, a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club at Weichert.

The Long & Foster Companies have launched a home buying initiative called the “Helping Those Who Serve” Homeownership Program. The goal is to help public servants, including state and local police, firefighters, military, school teachers and certified healthcare providers, purchase their first home or move-up to a larger home. Discounts and a financing product will be offered to public servants purchasing a home throughout Long & Foster’s seven-state Mid-Atlantic region with a ratified contract between Nov. 10 and March 31, 2007.

Information on the products and services available through this initiative and a current schedule of upcoming workshops are available through local Long & Foster sales offices.

Weichert, Realtors’ Herndon sales associates have been honored for their achievements in October.

Cochran is also a member of the Chairman’s Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. Chairman of the Board Premiere Club member Carolina Mosquera led the way in revenue units, listings and sales, earning the honor of top seller.
