Memorial Baptist Church in Arlington, offers a five-session, two-day study of the Gospel According to John on Sunday, March 4 and Wednesday, March 7. "Recipe for Spiritual Growth: A Study of John's Gospel" will be led by Dr. Daniel Dapaah, Assistant Professor of Divinity at the John Leland Center for Theological Studies, located in Arlington. On March 4, Dr. Dapaah will speak at both the 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. services and conduct a session during the 9:45 a.m. Sunday School hour. The study continues that evening at 6 p.m. preceded by a snack supper at 5:30 p.m. and singing by the Memorial Men's Quartet. The Catholic Diocese of Arlington Victim Assistance Coordinator in conjunction with Catholic Charities will offer a 10-week psychotherapy group for victims/survivors of childhood sexual abuse in Arlington and Fredericksburg.
