Weichert, Realtors’ Great Falls Office, sales associates have been honored for their achievements in November.
Joan Stokes, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, led the way in dollar volume for the second month in a row. Leading the office in revenue units, listings sold and sales was Michelina Queri, who earned the honor of top seller. Queri is a member of the Chairman of the Board Club and the Executive’s Gold Club, the latter signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. Million Dollar Club member Tim Anderson topped the branch in listings for the month.
Great Falls Office of Weichert, Realtors, agent Dwayne Walker was recognized with a regional award for the month of November.
Walker led the region in new home dollar volume, topping associates from 31 offices located throughout Virginia to earn the regional honor.
The Great Falls Office of Weichert, Realtors recently completed its annual toy drive, benefiting Fairfax County Department of Family Services’ Child Foster Care program. The drive was part of Weichert’s company-wide toy drive, now in its 28th year.
The office collected nearly 300 toys for the department, which was the largest toy drive total in office history. The collection included donations from sales associates, local businesses and a generous contribution Great Falls Elementary School’s Kids Care Club.
Donations were given to the Children, Youth and Family Division of the Fairfax County Department of Family Services. Its programs include adoption and foster care, as well as housing, child protection and abuse prevention.
