On Saturday, Nov. 10, Sonak Family Chiropractic in Sterling will host a "Pack the Pantry for the Hungry" day. The public is invited to attend between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and take advantage of free health and wellness information, free spinal screenings and chiropractic care.
