On Saturday, Nov. 10, Sonak Family Chiropractic in Sterling will host a "Pack the Pantry for the Hungry" day. The public is invited to attend between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and take advantage of free health and wellness information, free spinal screenings and chiropractic care. Canned food donations will be collected at the door through Thanksgiving and all donations are welcome whether you want to receive free health services or not.
