Deepwood Veterinary Clinic Holds Annual Fall Festival

Centreville's Deepwood Veterinary Clinic held its Second Annual Fall Festival on Sunday, Oct. 28. Monetary donations went to the clinic's Animal Rescue Fund which takes care of stray animals and has them vaccinated, spayed and neutered before they can find a them a suitable owner. Among the pet owners present at the event, there were also the Mid-Atlantic Disk Dog Club, which performed stunts and Guiding Eyes for the Blind, a group that raises dogs for use by the blind. The clinic plans to have more fund-raising events for its rescue fund throughout the year. The clinic is located at 7300 Ordway Rd., Centreville.
