Billiards, music, food, singing competitions, dancing and door prizes will highlight the annual "Chalk Out the Smoke" party for high school students to be held from 6:30-10 p.m. at Orange Ball Billiards, 430 Hungerford Drive, Rockville. The event celebrates a year-long effort to educate students about the dangers of smoking. Students must attend a Montgomery County high school, and a high school ID card is required.
