David Halperson, 47, of Reston, died on Jan. 27, 2008 at Capital Hospice of Northern Virginia, Arlington. He was born on Oct. 26, 1960 in Washington, D.C.
He was the director of operations for Insight A.V., Sterling. He was also a deacon and director of A.V. Ministries at Oakbrook Church, Reston. He participated in Outward Focused Prison Ministries Outreach.
He was the beloved husband of Carol Haro-Halperson, loving son of Mark Halperson of Alexandria and Nina Tisara of Alexandria, brother of Julie Halperson, and Steven Halperson, both of Alexandria and Lynn Mills of Stafford, Va.
