Free beginner lesson starts at 7:30 p.m. The Southern Winds Band begins at 8:30 p.m. and plays until 11:45 p.m. A disc jockey plays music during the band breaks. June 4 will be a lunch class at 10:30 a.m. and June 6 will be a dinner class at 6:30 p.m. The two-hour classes includes demonstration hands-on participation for those who are interested, followed by a four-course meal.
