* Exercise. Exclusive days and hours are available to Arlington seniors at the weight rooms at Langston-Brown and Madison Senior Centers. Strength training, using varied types of cardio equipment, supervised by a certified personal trainer, is offered at Langston-Brown, 2121 N. Culpeper St., Mon., 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Wed., 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Fri., 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and Madison, 3829 N.
