CLEAN WASTE PROGRAM. 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility, 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg. The program provides a way for eligible county businesses, organizations and agencies to dispose of small quantities of hazardous wastes in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. Participants pay a fee for the type and weight of each hazardous waste brought for disposal at the event. Preregistration required at least two business days prior to the event.
