The Douglass Community Center, 407 East Market St., Leesburg, is offering sign, say and play classes for parents and children ages 6 months-3 years. An interactive play class highlights signs that are most important in the lives of babies. Claude Moore Community Center, 46111 Loudoun Park Lane, Sterling, will begin new social dance classes for adults, Wednesdays, Sept. 24-Nov. 26, from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Learn a variety of partner dances. Dances that will be taught are East Coast swing, West Coast swing, nightclub two step, rumba and the cha-cha. Partners preferred but singles are welcome.
