The Loudoun County Hawks 16U baseball program won the Virginia Sports Complex 2009 16U Virginia State Championship tournament on July 19. The team completed the 2009 season with a 24 – 5 record. Including last summer, the Hawks have a combined two-year record of 51 -11, with three tournament championships and one second place finish. The team is comprised of rising sophomores and juniors from various Loudoun County high schools.
