</b>Clifton Community Woman’s Club Meeting 9 a.m. at the Fairfax Station Museum, 11200 Fairfax Station Road, Fairfax Station. Malou Innocent, a foreign policy analyst with the Cato Institute will be speaking about her experiences and the situation in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Clifton Community Woman’s Club Night Unit Meeting is 7:30 p.m. and will feature Lynn Garvey Hodge on the woman's suffragist movement. She will be dressed in complete time period costume. </b>Seventh Annual Caregiver Luncheon and Resource Fair. Fairfax County invites family caregivers of older adults to a luncheon and resource fair in celebration of National Family Caregiver's Month from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Springfield Golf and Country Club, 8301 Old Keene Mill Road, Springfield. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. The luncheon costs $10 and registration is required. NARFE Springfield Chapter Meeting. The meeting will begin at 1:30 followed by a presentation from U.S. Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-11), updating the issues before U.S. Congress that affect retired and active federal employees. Meeting place is The American Legion Post 176, 5620 Amherst Ave, Springfield, adjacent to Kay Jenning's Springfield Toyota. <b>Monday/Nov. 16

</b>Community Chaplain Orientation. 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Fairfax County Government Center. This is for clergy interested in learning more about this initiative and to begin their Chaplain training. Community Chaplain candidates will be required to attend the “Assisting Individuals in Crisis” class on Jan. 11 and 12 and the “Pastoral Crisis Counseling” class on March 3 and 4. Both classes are certification courses and will be taught by an International Critical Incident Stress Foundation certified instructor. “Psychological First Aid” will be offered later in the spring with instructors from the Falls Church/Fairfax Community Services Board and the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Behavioral and Developmental Services.
