</b>Public Information Meeting For Banks Property Master Plan. 7 p.m. in the cafeteria at Lane Elementary School, 7137 Beulah St., Alexandria. Banks Park is a 10-acre site at 7400 Old Telegraph Road in Alexandria, adjacent to the Kingstowne community. While the park is owned by the Fairfax County Park Authority, it is not currently open to the public under the conditions of the life estate granted to the seller, Olander Banks. Therefore, this site remains a private residence with open lawn area and mature canopy trees.
