Local Grants. If you have an idea or project to improve the quality of life in your neighborhood, Fairfax County is now offering up to $5,000 in matching grants to make your community a better place to live. The grants are available to neighborhood or civic groups, homeowner's associations or nonprofits through the Neighborhood Enhancement Partnership Program (NEPP).
