The 5th Annual McLean Jewelry Showcase will be open Saturday, Feb. 5 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at the McLean Community Center, 1234 Ingleside Ave., McLean. Paper artist Eloa Jane reuses office paper, magazines, newspapers, phone books and more to create jewelry. Divergence Design jeweler Kim Sutherland creates necklaces, earrings and bracelets with glass, metal, freshwater pearls, beads and wood. Brighter Day Beads offers art jewelry for girls with an emphasis on bright colors. Starland by Hand jeweler Joan Danoff uses sterling silver, copper wire, copper sheet and metal clay to create necklaces and earrings.
