Alexandria Man Sentenced 111 Months for Multiple Fraud Schemes

David Lee Parker, 50, of Alexandria, was sentenced to 111 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for perpetrating several different fraud schemes throughout the past six years.

On Feb. 21, 2012, Parker pled guilty to one count of access device fraud, two counts of wire fraud, two counts of aggravated identity theft, and one count of fraud in connection with computers. In a statement of facts filed with his plea agreement, Parker admitted to conducting four distinct fraudulent schemes since 2006.
