“Extravacatza” at the Fairfax County Animal Shelter, 4500 West Ox Road. In the month of July, the Fairfax County Animal Shelter will offer half-off adoption fees on cats and kittens, free spay and neuter of cats and kittens and gift bags for all adopters of senior cats.
