Arlington — The Arlington County Chamber of Commerce hosted its 89th annual business gala at the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City on Saturday, Jan. 26. The gala featured a silent and live auction in addition to a raffle for a seven-night tropical vacation for two in St. Lucia.
