Spring Break Camp Registration Open
Registration for spring break camps at the Herndon Community Center is open. Camps begin on Monday, March 25, and run through Friday, March 29. The spring Herndon Programs and Events Guide lists all the camps that are offered. The Traveling Teens camp for ages 12-17 includes trips to paint ball, Spy Museum, laser tag, bowling, Clay Café and Rebounderz Trampoline. For 6- to 11-year-olds, camp at the Community Center includes crafts, sports, games and indoor swimming. Other camps are available in areas such as basketball, multi-sports, acro/gymnastics, Lego robotics and 3-D game design. Limited spaces are available, so Herndon encourages early sign-up.

The Town of Herndon Parks and Recreation Department manages and operates the Herndon Community Center. The facility is open to the public and daily to yearly admission passes are available. The department is a four-time National Gold Medal Award winner for excellence in park and recreation management presented by the American Academy for Park and Recreation Administration and is nationally accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies.
