Thousands of neighbors and visitors filled the streets and sidewalks at the 17th annual Clarendon Day festival on Saturday, Sept. 27. The neighborhood party extended from Washington Boulevard to Garfield Street and featured five music stages, a children’s stage, dozens of local restaurants and scores of vendors offering art and crafts, clothing and local services.
