After being rescheduled due to the rain, the Town of Vienna held its 69th Annual Halloween Parade down Maple Avenue on Thursday, Oct. 29. With thousands of spectators lining the streets, the parade included local politicians, police and fire vehicles, scouting troops, little league teams, color guards, floats and marching costumed children with their parents.
