Cardinal Bank has announced that Fabiola Tapia has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Manager of Cardinal Bank’s Greensboro Banking Office. Tapia will oversee the business development efforts and client relationship management in the Tysons Corner market. Her office is located at 8270 Greensboro Drive, McLean.
Tapia joined Cardinal’s retail banking team in 2013 as a float branch manager. She brings over 16 years of financial services experience to her new role at Cardinal with particular expertise in relationship management, client satisfaction and community outreach in the retail branch network environment. Prior to joining Cardinal, Tapia worked in a similar position at Wells Fargo Bank and its predecessor, Wachovia Bank, advancing to positions of increased responsibility. A long-time resident of Northern Virginia, Tapia has actively participated in financial literacy outreach programs to the Hispanic community over her career.
