The McLean Community Foundation (MCF) is a nonprofit formed in 1980 by the McLean Citizens Association to meet the philanthropic needs of a growing McLean community. Its focus is entirely and specifically on McLean community and was established solely as a charitable foundation to benefit the residents of the McLean Planning District of Fairfax County.
