The Alexandria Police Department has made an arrest in a robbery that occurred at the Burke & Herbert Bank located at 306 E. Monroe Ave.
On Friday, Nov. 3, at 1:05 p.m., a man entered the bank and demanded money from a bank teller. The teller complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries.
A 34-year-old city resident was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with robbery. He is being held without bond.
