A dog walker thought it would be OK to put the plastic dog poop bag into the organic matter bag…because? He or she probably thought: it’s not really that bad to do this because poop is organic? Or, I’m only messing up one bag of leaves, not someone’s personal black bin? Whatever the rationale, by putting a plastic dog poop bag into the bag of leaves he or she is making sure those leaves don’t get composted as the homeowner intended. And that’s a faux pas.
