Langston-Brown 55+ Center is collecting men’s and women’s white socks plus plastic bags to make mats for sleeping outdoors. The Center, located at 2121 N. Culpeper St., is collaborating with PathForward volunteers who will distribute the donations to homeless shelters through April. For more information, 703-228-6300.
