Bald Eagles Spotted on Their Nest

The mated pair of Bald Eagles in Great Falls have once again been  spotted on their nest on Minnehaha Island, seen from Riverbend Park. It's never too early to start watching for signs that they may be welcoming a new brood of hatchlings in 2024. Behavior in January such as nest repair/rebuilding and one of the two sitting on the nest at all times are good clues that more eaglets may be on the way. Stay tuned, send in your photos and observations of the nest and let the Eagle Watch begin.
