The Loudoun County Department of Family Services’ foster care children are the recipients of a $500 grant from the Soaring Higher Foundation. Loudoun County residents Kelly Posacki and her sons, Nathan and Adam, presented a check from the foundation to Foster Care and Adoption Program staff in a recent ceremony. The money will be used to meet the needs of foster children in the custody of the Department of Family Services.
