Herndon Elementary has been offered a mentoring program called Readers Are Leaders. Readers Are Leaders is a reading mentoring program that focuses on reading fluency, comprehension, word work, and discussion. Readers Are Leaders meets for twelve sessions from 2:30-3 p.m. in the cafeteria at Herndon Elementary every Wednesday through March 18.
