Diana Defrias, 6, and brother Omar, 2, attend the National Night Out event held at the Daventry Swim Club in West Springfield, where Supervisor Pat Herrity (R-Springfield) handed out Tootsie Roll pops. “I bring bags of them because both children and adults like them,” Herrity said.
