Cardinal Estates in Burke drew one of the largest crowds of the night, with about 75 people from the neighborhood turning out to tour the display of fire trucks, ambulances and police cruisers. Joel Rios, 11, with friend Jason Pachekcy, 13, won a $15 gift certificate to Target. “I think it’s really cool what the police do for us. They help protect us,” Rios said.
