Dog Days of Summer: For more than 20 years, Hard Times Cafe has been kicking off the Memorial Day holiday in Alexandria by giving away free chili dogs in Market Square. "It's a way for us to kick off summer and remind people in this part of Alexandria that we are just a short walk or trolley ride away," said owner Fred Parker.
