The Rotary Club of Vienna honored Firefighter/EMT Zach Smith, Master Police Officer Ken Smith, and Town of Vienna Public Works supervisor Luis Blandon with the 2014 M. Jane Seeman Service Above Self awards for outstanding contributions to their respective departments.
