The crowds await the arrival of the motorcade bringing Herndon law enforcement personnel, town officials and volunteers to the last stop on the National Night Out 2015 route. The wait – and the rain drenching – were worth it, as the gathered neighbors were treated to goodies, a motorcycle handling performance and the arrival of a Fairfax County police helicopter for an up-close inspection.
