Burns and other Station 21 crew served last month with the Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue Team — Virginia Task Force 1 in storm recovery efforts from Texas to the U.S. Virgin Islands after three major hurricanes wreaked havoc along the Gulf Coast and islands of the Caribbean.
