Burns chats briefly with motorcycle enthusiasts while Master Technician Johnathan Macquilliam makes eye contact with a motorist who wants to give him money Sept. 4 at the annual Labor Day “Fill the Boot” drive that raised $500,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and more than $126,000 for the International Association of Firefighters.
