While local communities in the region and across the globe struggle with the community spread of COVID-19, a gray and white Town of Herndon's streetscape reflects onto the multi-colored digital art print, District Freaks, by student Suhyun Yoon, McLean High School (2019). Jo Ormesher, President & CEO of Arts Herndon, set Yoon's photograph in the window of ArtSpace to announce a Call for Rainbow Art.
