<bt>Dr. and Mrs. William Redisch of Potomac have announced the engagement of their daughter, Deborah Cheryl Redisch, to Alex Iver Wiederhorn, son of Dr. Roger Wiederhorn and the late Mrs. Helen Wiederhorn of Alexandria, Va.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Thomas S. Wootton High School in Rockville. She earned a bachelor of science degree from Towson State University and a master's degree of Education from George Mason University. She is teaching in Montgomery County.
The prospective groom is an alumnus of West Potomac High School. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from Boston University and an MBA from George Mason University. He is a regional account manager for GATX Capital.
The couple will wed in July 2002 and reside in Bethesda.

The October 13, 2001 wedding took place at Saint Bartholomew Church in Bethesda. reception was held at Congressional Country Club.
Erin, a graduate of Stone Ridge Country Day School of the Sacred Heart and Boston College, received her master's degree at the University of Notre Dame. She is a professional development consultant with Tom Snyder Productions of Boston, Mass.
Collin is a graduate of Williamsville East High School and Boston College. He is director of media relations for Houghton Mifflin Publishing in Boston.
The couple resides in Norward, Mass.
