Tishman Speyer Properties has leased 19,767 square feet at Woodland Park in Herndon. McDonald Bradley Inc., will occupy a portion of the fifth floor in the 158,015 square foot Plaza Ridge II building.

Supperclub of India and Pho 2000 Vietnamese Restaurant will be opening up at Worldgate Center, at the intersection of Elden Street and Worldgate Drive. Supperclub of India will offer a selection of traditional Indian dishes and Pho 2000 will offer a variety of Vietnamese noodle soups and other pork and chicken dishes.

On March 26, the Fifth District Committee, Section III, issued a public reprimand to John Henry Partridge in connection with an immigration matter. The district committee found that Partridge violated disciplinary rules requiring an attorney to attend promptly to a matter undertaken for a client and to keep the client reasonably informed about the matter. The public reprimand was issued following the district committee's finding that Partridge failed to comply with terms offered as a condition of the imposition of private discipline.

Two sales associates from Weichert, Realtors' Herndon office have been named to the President's Club. They are Martha Cheyne-Ramirez and Anne Flynn. Members of this club achieved over $3.5 million in sales, listings and listings sold or closed on 24 transactions.

Ndy C. Oparaoji, CPA, CA, CMA, CGFM has earned the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation. He passed seven exams, demonstrating his ability to design, implement, and administer the most advanced Windows operating system and Microsoft .NET Enterprise Servers. Oparaoji is a federal manager in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

The Virginia State Bar Fifth District Committee issued a public reprimand to Gary M. Breneman who was hired to draft a will and advance directives. The client paid one half of the fee in advance. Despite requests from the client, Breneman did not produce the documents or refund the fee until after the client filed a complaint with the bar. Breneman also did not cooperate with the bar's investigation of the complaint.
