Gracie Elisa McManus, 1-month old daughter of Jannetje and Kevin McManus of Fair Haven, N.J., died April 21 at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a result of complications of leukemia. She was born March 22 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, N.J.
Surviving in addition to her parents are two brothers, Kyle and Derek; her maternal grandparents, Evelyn and Wallace D. Van Siclen of Merritt Island, Fla.; her paternal grandparents, Barbara and Robert H. McManus of Potomac, Md.; five aunts; five uncles; and five cousins.
