Great Falls Library opened in October 2000. It houses more than 50,000 books and employs about 20 staff members and about 50 volunteers. Activities include a Monday morning story hour for preschoolers as well as two programs a month for preschool-age children and a monthly adult book discussion group. There are roughly 25 children and adults programs in the summer. Call 703-757-8560.
