<cl>If the International Festival is not your cup of tea, head down Old Lee Highway on Saturday and Sunday for the City of Fairfax Civil War Weekend. Activities include a Civil War encampment and tours of the Blenheim attic, which contains Civil War-era graffiti. Special guests portray Col. John S. Mosby, Gen. Robert E. Lee, Gen. Thomas 'Stonewall' Jackson, Gen. George Pickett, Gen. Winfield Scott Hancock, Col. E. Porter Alexander and Miss Clara Barton. Admission is $3 per person and $1 per child; tickets to tour the Blenheim attic are $5 per person and are available on a first-come, first-served basis each day of the event. Proceeds benefit the restoration of the Blenheim property. Free parking is available at Fairfax High School, and shuttles provide
