Kathleen Quintarelli of the Burke/Fairfax Station Weichert, Realtors office has been named top producer, leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and total sales, for the month of October.
The Long & Foster Companies reported November 2004 total sales of $4.4 billion for the month, an increase of 45 percent over November 2003. It was the best November in the company's 36-year history. Long & Foster Company sales continued strong for the first eleven months of 2004, and they are up a dramatic 30 percent year-to-date-over last year's record levels.
