Rodolpho Aguilar was honored for his November achievements Dec. 13, by Joan Johns, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Alexandria/Mount Vernon office. Aguilar was named the office’s top producer, leading the way in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and total sales.

Karen Leonard was named the office’s top November producer Dec. 13 by Chuck Stone, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Alexandria/Belle View office.

Leonard led the way in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and total sales. She is a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite, and in 2003, was No. 3 in volume for first-year agents in the capital region.

Tracy Pless was installed as the 2005 chairman of the Board of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors on Wednesday, Dec. 8, at a ceremony at the Reston Hyatt.

Pless joined NVAR in 1986; she has been active in numerous committees, including government affairs, legislative bill review and the Northern Virginia/Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC). Pless is an NVAR Life Top Producer and life member of the Million Dollar Club. She is currently a Realtor with Long & Foster in Reston.

The following Realtors will serve as officers with NVAR’s 2005 Board of Directors: Thomas Donegan, ABR, chairman elect, RE/MAX Premier, Margaret Ireland, CRS, GRI, secretary/treasurer, Weichert Realtors, Trish Szego, CRB, CRS, immediate past chairman, ERA Elite Group Realtors.

The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors recently

named two new inductees to its Hall of Fame. Nathan Booth and John McEnearney were honored at NVAR's 2004 Appreciation and Recognition Program Wednesday, Dec. 8, at the Reston Hyatt. In 2001, Booth was named NVAR Realtor of the Year and also served as president of the Virginia Association of Realtors in 2004. McEnearney established his family-owned and operated business in 1980. Since then, McEnearney Associates Inc. has grown from one office to many offices with 150 full-time Realtors.
