Cogley joined Beazer Homes in December of 2000 as a General Sales Manager for the Virginia and Washington, D.C., metropolitan area and has been promoted two times since his start at the company. As an Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager, Cogley will manage the sales and production departments as well as coordinate the interface with the Mortgage, Design Studio, and Customer Care Departments.

Johnson has accrued 29 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. He was employed by Beazer’s predecessor Trafalgar House Residential, Virginia as well as a number of other local builders. Morgan joined Beazer Homes in May 1999. Prior to joining Beazer Homes he served 10 years as a project manager for a major homebuilder. As Vice President and Mid-Atlantic Regional Purchasing Manager, Morgan will work with division presidents and regional managers to maximize the effectiveness of Beazer’s national purchasing contracts. In addition, he will design and manage an effective process to share floor plans, construction documents, specifications, and scopes of work among all of the divisions in the Mid-Atlantic.
