Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced its top producers for April. In Great Falls, it is Lynn Kemmer. In McLean, Sandy Chee takes the honor.

Increasing sales prices and low inventory continued to be the trend for April in residential real estate in Northern Virginia. Sales prices averaged $423,123 this month compared to $345,114 in 2003, representing an increase of 23 percent. Active listings remained tight with inventory levels more than 20 percent below this time last year. Sales volume remains solid with a 12 percent increase over 2003 for the month.

Sales prices in Greater Northern Virginia, including Prince William, Loudoun and Fauquier counties, also surpassed 2003 numbers, with an average of $385,390 in April, 23 percent higher than last year. Sales volume in Greater Northern Virginia exceeded 2003 numbers by nearly 17 percent while inventory was down 23 percent.

Suzanna Huckaby led the McLean Center office of Weichert, Realtors, in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold during April. The office's top seller for April was Haruyo Wladyka.

Pamela Yerks led the McLean/Dolley Madison office of Weichert, Realtors, in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold during April. The office's top seller of the month was Linda Layman-Peterson.

Roger Applegate, manager of the Great Falls Long & Foster office, announced Dan Laytham as the top producer, top lister, top seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $7,850,928.

Anise Snyder, manager of the McLean Long & Foster sales office, announced Barbara Lewis as the top producer and the top seller with a sales volume of $6,665,000; and Diane Bellaschi as the top lister.

Paul Gale, manager of the McLean Elm Long & Foster office, announced Marianne Prendergast as the top producer, top lister and the top seller with as sales volume of $10,304,500; and Warren Kluth and Marianne Prendergast as the agents with the most new listings.
