<lst>The following incidents were reported to the City of Fairfax Police Department.

<cal1>Attempted Burglary

<cal2>10950 Lee Highway / Verizon Wireless. Sometime between March 18 and March 19, unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry into the storage room of the business. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.

10020 Main St. / Citgo. On March 21, between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m., unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry into the business. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.

3915 Old Lee Highway / Benjamin Glass & Associates P.C. Law Office. Sometime between March 19 and March 21, unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry into the law office. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.

<cal1>Larceny

<cal2>10570 Main St. / Mosby Apartments. Between August 2003 and March 19, 2004, an unknown person has been stealing the clothes of a resident of the apartment complex. The victim states that the clothes were stolen from the buildings laundry room area. The Patrol Division is investigating the case.

10341 Main St. / Fairfax City Shell. On March 21, at 1:24 p.m., an unknown person pumped gasoline into a vehicle and then left without paying.

9522 Arlington Blvd. / Peter Pan Buffet. On March 21, between 6:30 p.m. and 7:40 p.m., unknown person(s) stole several items from a vehicle parked at the business.

11046 Lee Highway / Radio Shack. On March 22, at 7:29 p.m., an employee reported that an unknown male was seen stealing a digital camera from the business. The Patrol Division is investigating the case.

9626 Lee Highway / Circle Sunoco. On March 23, at 6:22 p.m., unknown person(s) pumped gasoline into a vehicle and then left without paying.

9431 Silverking Court / New School of Northern Virginia. Between Oct. 31, 2003 and March 23, 2004, unknown person(s) have been stealing items from the school. The suspect(s) has been stealing the money out of the wallets that were in the victims backpacks while they were left unattended. Money has also been taken out of a desk in a school office. The Patrol Division is investigating the cases.

11201 Main St. / Shell. On March 24, at 2 p.m., unknown person(s) pumped gasoline into a vehicle and then left without paying.

<cal1>Stolen Auto

<cal2>10400 block of Armstrong St. Sometime between March 23 and March 24, unknown person(s) stole a red 1993 Chevrolet Lumina from in front of a residence. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.

9956 Main St. / Fairfax Square Apartments. On March 24, at 12 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a white 1996 Ford F350 truck from the complex. The vehicle had been left running and unattended at the time of the theft. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.

<cal1>Stolen Auto Recovery

<cal2>4080 Jermantown Road / K-Mart. On March 19, a towing company called to report that they had towed a vehicle from the K-Mart parking lot per the request of the property manager. When running the vehicles information, it was learned that it had been reported stolen from the City of Alexandria. The Alexandria Police were notified of the vehicles recovery.

<cal1>Vandalism

<cal2>3700 Old Lee Highway / Van Dyke Park. On March 20, between 12:01 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., unknown person(s) vandalized the park area. Several picnic benches and trash containers had been turned over and items at the skate park damaged.

3700 Jermantown Road / Gainsborough Court Apartments. On March 20, between 12 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., unknown person(s) damaged a vehicle parked at the complex.

9449 Arlington Blvd. / Fox Croft Condominiums. Sometime between March 21 and March 22, unknown person(s) damaged a vehicle parked at the complex.

3951 Chain Bridge Road / Post Office. On March 17, between 5 a.m. and 1:20 p.m., unknown person(s) damaged the paint on a vehicle parked on the Post Office lot.
