The new site, www.cbmove.com, features one-click access to everything on the site including listings, services, searches, and open houses. An open house schedule includes homes in Maryland, Washington D.C., Northern Virginia and the Coastal areas of Delaware and Maryland. Another new feature in providing truly remarkable service to consumers is the "Open House Tour." The feature provides specific multiple driving directions to travel directly from one open house to another. Consumers can also search for open houses scheduled a full month in advance on the site.
Valerie Huffman, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors and instructor of its Management Awareness Program (MAP), announced that several sales associates have graduated from the program this month. MAP is a seven-month course that provides a structured first look at management for Weichert agents who are considering a career in real estate management.
